Under the leadership of Dr. Odilia S. Kwateng — a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 19 years of healthcare and behavioral health experience — our home was established to fill a critical gap in the community: quality, structured, trauma-informed residential care that treats every child as an individual, not a case number.
We are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as a Behavioral Health Residential Facility, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every decision we make, every policy we follow, and every person we hire is guided by one question: "Is this in the best interest of the child?"
