Are you licensed by the State of Arizona?

Yes. Preferred Residential Homes is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) as a Behavioral Health Residential Facility. License #BHRF2015, effective April 1, 2026, expiring March 31, 2027.

Do you accept DCS / DCFS referrals?

Yes, we work with DCS caseworkers and other referral sources. Please use our intake form or contact us directly to begin the referral process.
